What is an RMA?

RMA stands for return material authorization. This basically means that the purchased device can be returned if approved by the retailer/manufacturer. At its most basic level an RMA is done when the product is defective through no fault of the customer. We offer a wider selection of reasons for RMA. 

We do not offer RMA on licensed products, including, but not limited to, software products.

We do not offer RMA on consumables, such as paper, printer ink, paperclips and so forth.

  • Wrong color
  • Wrong specifications
  • Wrong size
  • Change of mind*

* You have 14 days to change your mind and return the product.

How to create an RMA?

If you made the order on this website, you can request an RMA from your account page. You can access it here: Account

If you do not have an account, you can request an RMA using this link: RMA Request

If you bought the product in the store itself, please contact us: Contact us


Select the products you wish to return as well as the reason, condition of the product and the desired resolution. (possible resolutions: Exchange, Replace, Money Back)

Once we confirm the RMA, you will receive instructions to send the item back to us. Please ensure you send the item back in the original packaging and that no parts are missing.

We will investigate the product when it arrives. If the problem can be confirmed by our technicians, the RMA will be approved.

Once the RMA is approved, the resolution chosen by you will be applied.
